The New Illinois Beer Label Of The Week:
A few weeks ago on Twitter some of us were dunking on this word-salad of a beer: a “New England-Style West-Coast Pilsner.”
To that end, I offer up this new style-mashup contender of beer from Alter Brewing: A "Hazy Gose IPA.” While I try to imagine what a tart-bitter-juicy-salty beer of these styles might taste like, let’s put the overall concept to a vote:
Maybe this is simply inspired by a blend of the last two Morton Salt-centric beers: Half Acre’s When it Rains Gose and It Pours IPA. I dunno! We’ll see.
