Following Monday’s look at openings and closures, I’m happy to let you know that Phase Three Elmhurst announced its opening date: September 1st.
Phase Three Brewing on Instagram: “We are so excited to announce that our grand opening for @phasethreebrew.elm will be next Friday, September 1st at 5pm..We have been working hard to have every detail finalized, hire on a beautiful team of people that more than doubled the size of our team, dialing in our unique food, implementing a diverse draft system that includes different coolers for precise temperature of each style we’ll be offering, with specific faucets and glassware thought out for each style we have on tap, and working with the @thehoneybeetiki to create tiki-inspired @lulzseltzer barrel-aged cocktails.
