The New Illinois Beer Label of the Week:
It almost makes too much sense for a brewery to partner with a BBQ restaurant on a rauchbier, so I’m wondering - has anyone ever seen something like this before? I’m a little surprised that someone like Smoque BBQ hasn’t partnered with someone like Dovetail yet on something similar.
Either way, I’m not particularly a big smoked-beer person but I’d give this one a shot just because Roaring Table has far more hits than misses as far as I’m concerned.
