The New Illinois Beer Label of the Week:
Obviously the Beer Hug line has been doing well for Goose Island since they keep rolling out variants like this one, which just came through this week.
I’m mostly posting this to note how things have flipped: IPA now basically means “hazy” and “juicy” to most drinkers, so I guess we have to put “Hoppy” on an IPA label now so people aren’t shocked by bitterness when they taste what’s in the can. Imagine trying to explain this beer label to someone from 2009.
