So, so many new Illinois labels came through this week that I’m going to try to squeeze a bunch of the best ones I saw.

There is a whole lot of downstate Illinois label representation this week, too, which is always fun to see. And no less than eight new barrel-aged beer labels — six of which are from just Illinois. Hoo boy. My head hurts already.

A foeder-aged porter brewed with a plant that belongs to the celery family and tastes like licorice doesn’t really qualify as terribly weird, as far as Scratch beers are concerned. This one kinda does, though:
