Happy Wednesday, y’all! Lots of good/interesting beers and other beverages are coming our way in the coming months if these labels are any indication (and they usually) are.
Also, someone’s making a beverage in “honor” (I guess?) of the Chicago Rat Hole. Premium Subscribers can scroll down to find out who that is.
Plus: an interesting collab from Horus Aged Ales and a Michigan brewer, a new lager from a not-very-lager-y Ohio brewery, plus some very chill vibes from a couple Humble Forager labels. And more!

The New Illinois Beer Label of the Week:
When I think of MORE Brewing, I don’t immediately think of a Kolsch … unless that kolsch has been triple-dry-hopped or barrel-aged and adjuncted with cookies and cupcakes. Looks like they’re going to try to turn my perspective around a bit with this stylishly straightforward option.
This beer just hit the taplines at their various locations a few days ago, per Untappd, and is “brewed with 2 varieties of German Pilsner malt and Cryo-Saaz.” Sounds good, looks good!
