The New Illinois Beer Label of the Week:
My one visit to Ravenswood’s Demo Brewery a few months back reminded me of how most breweries used to feel a decade ago — small, very industrial feeling, a little thrown together. A place where people brew whatever crazy thing they want, a few barrels at a time, just to see what people like.
With this very first label I’ve seen from them, we get another early-2010s brewery throwback: This imperial oatmeal coffee stout appears to be destined for 22 oz bombers! Fun.
